Our studio provides snacks and beverages, including wine and beer at no additional charge. Due to OLCC regulations outside alcohol is prohibited, however you may bring food and non alcoholic beverages to the studio, provided it has been approved prior to class.

Yes, however we charge $10 to recut a new stencil, if the original has already been cut. In addition, all changes must be submitted on-line no later than 48 hours prior to class start time or 5 days if selecting Create a Custom Quote.

Yes, we make it easy by allowing  students to create or join groups on the payment page during the reservation process.

No, our studio does not offer drop-in classes due to the custom nature of the signs which require lead time to prepare the stencil and materials.

Absolutely not, although you have to decide on paint and stain colors. We prepare a stencil for you per your design choice.  Each class is led by a knowledgeable instructor who will guide your every step, offering helpful advice and assistance if needed.

Yes, at Cork & Board we occasionally provide discounts on FaceBook, Instagram as well as our news letter. Upon request, we also offer a free class to our frequent artists after their 5th paid class.

As owners of Cork & Board and parents of school aged children, we understand the importance of giving back to schools and other local organizations. We choose to contribute by donating a portion of your designated sales back to your organization. Call us for details!

Our paint is water soluble and zero voc. We decided that water soluable stains do not perform well for our needs and therefore have decided to utilize stains that are oil based.

Most classes will last roughly 3 hours, but will very depending upon sign choice and class size. Kids parties and Small Sign classes last roughly 2 hours.

The studio holds 20 students comfortably and can accomodate slightly more dependant upon the number of larger signs being created. We can hold up to 32 students by offering our Small Signs at a reduced price.

Most sign designs are currently $58, which include snacks and beverages, even the wine and beer! There is an upcharge of $10 for 48" signs and $20 for Create a Custom Quote. Single board signs are $38 and still include the complimentary beverages and snacks!

If for any reason you are unable to attend your scheduled class we will be happy to give a refund or extend a class credit. If a refund is requested and your stencil was cut, a $10 fee will be deducted from the refund. Private party reservations may not apply, ask for details.

Yes, and it has been a hit for kids(ages 10 -17) looking for something different and unique to do for their birthday. Our studio can accomodate up to 32 children. No one under the age of 10 is allowed in the studio for any class without prior permission.  For classes on Friday and Saturday nights we ask for no children under the age of 16.  

It is advisable to wear clothing that is suitable for staining and painting. The studio provides an apron to protect you and your clothes, but spills can happen. The studio is not responsible for damage to student's personal items at any time. We have cubbies and coat hooks for you to safely store your personal items away from harm.

If you are attempting to reserve a seat or select a sign via a link to the class within 48 hours of the class start time, you will be required to call or email your request. We require 5 days notice for Create a Custom Quote. The reason that we close the reservation process online is due to the preparation required for your stencil and materials.
